What are the cut-off times for each leg of the event?

Swim cut-off is 1:15/ Bike cut-off is 3:45/ Run cut-off 2:45- We must have Highway 75 clear and cleaned by 1pm

Can I wear earphones during the race?

Unfortunately we cannot allow participants to race while wearing earphones. Participants found using them will be disqualified.

What time will the transition area close?

The transition area will close at 7:05. All athletes will have to clear transition area to make way for the first wave of swimmers coming into T1

Will I be able to train on the course for SUPERFROG/ SUPERSEAL/ SEAL Sprint?

The SUPERFROG transition site is a military installation and will not permit training or previewing. The only exception will be viewing the transition site at the expo to get oriented but you will not be able to swim/ bike/ run.  The SUPERSEAL and SEAL Sprint courses are mostly open to the public year round. Parking fees may apply.
